The main purpose is to introduce visitors to Finnish food culture and help them discover the country’s regions. It is also a chance to meet other travellers and local Finnish singles.
Travel Benefits of Finnish Dinner Date 2027
Selected participants will receive an all-expenses-paid, four-day trip to Finland. Visit Finland says the program includes a hosted schedule of activities and dining experiences during the stay.
The trip will end with a special group dinner featuring one of Finland’s official tasting menus. Eight international participants will join each experience, along with two local Finnish singles.
Main highlights include:
- A four-day hosted trip to Finland.
- A food and cultural experience in Helsinki or Tampere.
- An opportunity to taste regional Finnish dishes.
- Activities and dining during the trip.
- A group dinner with other international travelers and local singles.
This opportunity is especially interesting for people who enjoy international travel, cultural tourism, and trying new food.
Where Will the Finnish Dinner Date Take Place?
The campaign will offer two different dinner experiences. One group will visit the Helsinki region, while the second group will enjoy the program in Tampere, a city in Finland’s Lakeland region.
Eight participants will be selected for each location. The exact destination will be revealed to successful applicants after their participation is confirmed. The four-day experiences will take place between February 9 and February 19, 2027.
